Day 1: Cape Town – Hermanus – Cape Agulhas
This morning we leave Cape Town early and make our way to the coastal town of Hermanus. The guests who are taking part in the Shark Diving will be picked up early and will miss the first half of the day which includes the Penguin Colony & Hermanus. Our journey takes us on picturesque coastal roads to Betties bay where the Penguin Colony is. The early afternoon is spent exploring Hermanus, famous for hundreds of Southern Right Whales during the Whale season (July – November). There are lots of little shops and restaurants in the area as well as some beautiful beaches. Later in the afternoon we head for Cape Agulhas, the most southern tip of Africa. This is where the warm Indian Ocean meets the cold Atlantic.

Day 2: Cape Agulhas – Oudtshoorn
Today we drive to Oudtshoorn in the Little Karoo, the Ostrich Capital of the World. We take the scenic road through the amazing Route 62. We enjoy some lunch and sample some wine at a local winery. The last highlight of a wonderful day is enjoying a stunning Klein Karoo sunset taking in the views of the Outeniqua and Swartberg mountain ranges in the background while enjoying the ostrich farm tour.

Day 3: Oudtshoorn – Wilderness – Sedgefield
This morning we have breakfast and drive over the magnificent Outeniqua Mountain pass towards Wilderness National Park where we hop on canoes to explore this breathtaking area. It’s an easy paddle up the Touw River and the indigenous forest with its multitude of birdlife. We then take a 2km hike along a boardwalk, leading us to a beautiful waterfall and some rock pools. In the late afternoon we explore Sedgefield with its beautiful views and stunning beaches.

Day 4: Sedgefield – Knysna - Tsitsikamma – Addo
After breakfast we head for Knysna and the Knysna heads viewpoint for some incredible views over the Knysna River estuary and the Indian Ocean. Next we drive on to Tsitsikamma National park, stopping at Bloukrans Bridge (the highest bungee jump bridge in the world). We spend the afternoon in Tsitsikamma National Park and its luscious indigenous forest and spectacular Indian Ocean coastline. There are many activities such as hikes, a suspension bridge and swimming. Early in the afternoon we start to make our way to Addo Elephant park and the Big 5.

Day 5: Addo – Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) - Johannesburg
This morning we explore the wonders of Addo Elephant Park for 2-3 hours. We can see wildlife such as elephant, Cape Buffalo, Lion, Black Rhino, Warthog, Zebra, Eland, Kudu, Hartebeest and many more. Once we enjoyed our exciting game viewing, we are dropped off in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) around 12 -1pm. You are taken to the airport where your flight to Johannesburg needs to be booked for after 2pm. In Johannesburg on arrival you are taken to the lodge for a good night’s rest before our amazing safari in the Kruger National Park starts.

Day 6: Johannesburg – Greater Kruger National Park
We leave Johannesburg and travel to the greater Kruger National Park for our exhilarating Safari. We reach camp where we overnight and we are transferred to an open Game viewer for an amazing sunset Safari game drive. Dinner will be an unforgettable bush Braai (BBQ) deep in the South African bushveld.

Day 7: Kruger National Park
We wake up bright and early, enjoy some breakfast back at the lodge and start our amazing day exploring Kruger National Park in our open-sided Gameviewer. Our fantastic game drive takes us through beautiful bushveld landscapes as we go on search for the Big 5. The Kruger is home to a multitude of different game species and birdlife. After a thrilling Safari, we head back to camp for a delicious dinner and a good night's rest in our tents.

Day 8: Greater Kruger National Park – Johannesburg
We rise early, and head out on an early morning sunrise game walk in the bush. Our expert guides give us some insight into our environment and the animals that calls this magnificent area home. We have a delightful breakfast and embark on our final part of this amazing tour, stopping at the awe-inspiring Blyde River Canyon and Three Rondavels that take your breath away. Have your cameras ready. We arrive in Johannesburg between 5 and 6pm and our adventure comes to an end here.
