Common questions
Do I need diving experience? No, the only requirement is being able to swim, our Dive Master will instruct and guide you on the rest.
Where do we get pick up from? Any hotel or Address in the Cape Town central area, please check with your agent if you are not sure.
What Happens if the tour gets cancelled because of bad weather? Diving is very weather dependent, if we have to cancel the dive the day before we will try to re-schedule you on another day or if not possible refund you less 10% administrative charges.
What Happens if we go out and do not see Sharks? If we go out and do not see sharks we will give you a voucher for the boat trip to go again another time. You would just have to pay for your transfers. Vouchers are not transferable.
Pro Tip - Always book shark diving for an earlier date in your holiday program so that you have spare days to re-schedule in case the weather does not agree.
